What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company, the topic of your enquiry and your message. When you subscribe to our mailing list we collect your email address. We do not collect payment details through this website; orders and course payments are handled through our online shop and by our sales team.
How we use it
We use contact-form details solely to respond to your enquiry — produce orders, farm tours, courses, consultancy, investment or careers — and mailing-list addresses solely to send our newsletter. We do not sell personal data. We share information only with the service providers needed to run this site and deliver what you asked for (for example our email provider, and delivery partners for produce orders).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the technical cookies needed for it to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising trackers.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry and subscription data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the mailing list, by writing to info@forestfoods.co.ke. We handle personal data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page. If a change is significant we will say so in the newsletter.
